We perform home inspections according to the Texas Real Estate Commission's Standards of Practice. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
SAMPLE REPORTS
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.

Meet the Inspector
Mark Havelka is a long-time resident of Austin. Since 2014 he has provided quality home inspections to thousands of clients in the Central Texas area. In addition to producing clear, concise inspection reports that meet or exceed the Texas Real Estate Commission’s Standards of Practice, Mark takes time to have a candid conversation with his clients and their agents to discuss the key aspects of the home.
Mark and his wife Ruth are also real estate investors, with experience owning and managing both long-term and short-term rentals. Most of their free time is spent raising their two sons and enjoying various outdoor activities.
